You got this mama! First, go to the doctor ASAP. I’m sure you know this already though. Help is available : ) sertraline worked for me.
Outside of that: Sleep as much as possible - I used yoga nidra (“yoga sleep”) recordings; rest, but get out and walk daily with babe once you’re up and moving, good nutrition (lean into soup/warming foods), tons of hydration/liquidIV, therapy, pelvic floor PT to feel more connected to your body. Struggling to breastfeed caused a lot of it with my first, so would also recommend not putting too much pressure on yourself with that.
Sooo soo normal at that time, sorry you’re feeling rough. My go to is to try to nap during the roughest time (like 8-10pm for me) or put on a funny/stupid movie if I have to be awake at that time. Try to shower, eat some food, get some sun whenever you can.

I’m 3 weeks PP and that cloud has mostly lifted for me. It was very weird cuz I’m never hormonal like that, even during pregnancy. I would honestly just let myself cry it out and talk to my partner and label what I was crying about. This helped my peace of mind just knowing it was baby blues and not PPD.
I also took these herbs and I think they may have helped it pass quicker.
Ugh been there. I started feeling better around 6-8 weeks. Please reach out to your doctor if you feel like it is really impacting your life.
It was right around 5 weeks that it all went away for me. The first 2 weeks a were a doozy. And then it all just disappeared. Talk to your doc if you’re struggling!
