Bain & Company Can we start a salary thread to get an idea about the salaries in Europe for different job functions, I can find solid data of tech salaries (SWE, PM, etc) but hard to find consulting salaries.

My TC - 48k +2-3k bonus, Consultant, Data & Analytics, Netherlands.

Comcast Hi all, comcast offering 19lpa ctc for 7 yoe , tech stack qa automation. This includes 8% variable bonus pay. Negotiations done and they are not ready for further increase. Is this right pay considering market situation? Should i join because of good wlb ? Cctc 12.5

Hey Guys, Currently I am having 16.12 lac pa in current organization and 5% Bonus So total comes around 16.93lac pa. Nagarro is asking me to rejoin at 20 lac pa (5% Project bonus included).
When I left Nagarro around 2 years back my fixed there was 11.50. Shall I consider this offer of Nagarro. Reason I want to change the job is because I don't have code based automation in my current organization and I have been an SDET in my whole experience.

Hey! I'm just about to start doing some freelance work for a NYC based boutique design studio, and I need to give a hiring manager my hourly rate to give his customers. I am new to UI/UX design. I have experience in graphic design, but I just completed a certificate in UI/UX design so other than school projects I don't have an extensive amount of experience. What would you suggest I should charge? I am more interested in gaining experience than needing the money, but want to be payed reasonably.

I’ve been a licensed general lines (2-20) insurance agent for year and a half and have sold around 2M in premium, of which most of it is personal lines (homeowners, DP), and some commercial lines business. Even though I’m licensed to write my own business, the sole producer in the company is my boss. I currently make 35k + 15k in commissions (approximately). Is this a normal salary? Bonus is out for EY GDS steps to see. Goto gdsindiapayroll.greythr.com, click on IT Declaration on left. Then click on My Tax Planner at the top right. Then click create my plan then click view it calculation on bottom right then expand income here under adhoc income you should see variable performance bonus amout.
