I have got an offer of 24.5 and designation AVP. I got what I asked.

Did I asked less?? Can I re-negotiate the offer? I don't have any other offer right now.

180 base, 50 bonus, plus 50-75k profit sharing and 50k equity a year.

Still feel underpaid on initial base salary :/

Can someone please for the love of god help me figure out how I can pay less income taxes? I only make 88k and I put the 12k standard deduction but I’m still getting taxed 27% of my paychecks! My sign on bonus (20 even) a few months ago was taxed nearly 45%! Excuse my ignorance, but am I doing something wrong? Will increasing deductions help or should I increase the withholdings? I’m located in NY so the recruiter said he would try to get me more. Top schools/boot camps to take design (adobe) classes in nyc.

I was recently offered a Zoom interview. The school had 10 interview slots for me to choose from. Three were one day this week and the rest are next week. I chose the first time slot available. Should I have waited until one of the last slots so I was fresher on their mind when choosing a candidate? I am just sitting here stressing out until I here something. Also, do interviewers still appreciate a hand written thank you for the interview?

When they say utilization doesn't count for the month of May/June what exactly does that entail? I'm assuming being on the bench for those months will still show on personal utilization reports...
