After 4 rounds of interviews, a company tells you you're a final candidate, and gives you a deadline for when a decision will be made. Then they blow past that date and ghost you for over a week. No phone calls or emails returned. Would you still consider the job if given the offer weeks later? Feeling a little disrespected.

If an otherwise good interview the interviewer says: “I think you have great experience that will help you wherever you go”. Should I be reading into this?

Just realized I hadn’t had an in-person interview since 2019. I’ve done multiple zoom interviews and was onboarded remote in 2020. About to see a real person today! Wish me luck.

How many days Deloitte India takes to release offer letter. I tried to contact HR she said that they are trying to get approvals and it is in progress. It's been a week that i have uploaded my docs.
