After being out of work for 10 years due to raising my two girls. I feel like I’m paying for it now. I feel like I’m being judged and no one wants hire me cause the gaps there is on my resume. I didn’t want just anyone caring for my babies, I have trust issues especially when it comes to my kids. Now that I ready and eager to return back to work. Then when I find something, all the hiring employers starts reaching out to me. I wish it was the other way around.
