Hi Guys,
I had referred my friend in CTS, who joined in Feb 2022 & will complete 3 months (active payroll) on 15-May-2022. I received a mail confirming my referral acceptance.
Meanwhile, I have handed in my papers & am serving my notice period with my LWD being 23-May-2022. In this case, will I receive the referral bonus?

$300k - $350k. This was the threshold at which I truly started to feel “comfortable”.
So true. Everything over that is just extra.

8th year and looking for anything over $300k TC. 350k TC would be ideal, but not 100% necessary for me now given my debt and housing situation.
$300k
I stayed for like 7 years so leaving for less than $300k felt like a waste. I ended up at $420k base/bonus/profit sharing.

Depends on where you live. A decade ago I said I wouldn’t stay in Manhattan for less than $200k, but now that’s more like at least $300-350k.

Totally agree.
I left big law for a $300k base salary + bonus opportunities (my first bonus was $65k).
Pretty similar to me. I moved right after my first year in BL to a midsize firm and now I’m a 7th year making $350k plus bonus opportunities, which is lower than yours (had a $17.5k bonus this year). But I’ve never billed more than 1800 hours in a year and I work fully remote.
200k (i am in litigation)
