Helo everyone, I had an interview scheduled with Cognizant on last week of Jan 2022 but due to technical error in Verification code I couldn't join interview lobby. I reported the same to the HR and I was told the interview will be rescheduled. Now there's no update from the HR. Could you please guide me how can I proceed or any email address to which I can inform to take the rescheduling process further.
Thanks in advance

Either take the new offer and back out of the accepted offer or cut your losses. Going back now to ask for more is not a good look.
I agree with this approach.
Yes but you do you
You lack common sense or what? If I agreed to sell you something at a certain price and then ask you to add more on top of what was agreed, how would you feel?
Lmao jeez
In addition to the financial offer, consider all the benefits i.e., medical costs, PTO, retirement, benefits, remote, etc. Then take the better overall package. It’s beautiful to have multiple offers on the table. Remember that you are the one in control now. you’re making the decision make the best one for you
Just take the new offer
You take the offer or leave it. Your WORD is everything you stand behind as a person in life in general or at least that's how I was raised. If you tried that on me I would pull your offer.
“Just business” is inherently rude no matter how it comes (layoffs, paycuts, lack raises or recognition, quitting, reneging on agreements). The most generous thing you can do is give notice as early as possible. In most cases, you don’t want the other side to back out before you’re ready (termination, quit, rescind offer, etc.), so you protect that information. Either way you can’t expect to maintain a relationship if you break the only bond of trust you had. It depends on how desperate the other party is.
