After my spouse switched to my health plan, his company continued to deduct insurance premium from him for 6 months. He received his insurance card for this year only in June (because his company didn’t pay their bills until June) and just realized he was charged this whole time. All this time, there was no confirmation either from his employer nor the insurance company that he was still on his company’s insurance. How can he get his money back?
