Hi Fishes, Any senior staff engineer here, role associate project manager at Nagarro. I would like to know more details about project allocation and work you do. I recently got selected as one. I can see a lot of heat from developers against nagarro here but what about mid level management such as associate project manager!??
TIA

Now... I think it's best to switch internally within your firm. EY doesn't have separate Advisory and Consulting entities, so I'd say implementation and Security are good options - threaten to leave or get an offer elsewhere and they'll prob let you switch

Firstly, you should upvote them because they're simultaneously hilarious and follow the rules. Anyway... I think it's pretty hard to get from IT audit to any other field directly. Take baby steps. Maybe first switch to an internal audit or remediation project and then move along.
Damn it D1, not going to upvote your first two posts just because of this stupid thing called principle. Thanks for the actual advice though, appreciate it.
^ Bro... Ok yes.
Seriously though D1, similar idea in mind, glad to have some vote of confidence. 😊 Thanks man/woman (?)
I kind of sit in security/implementation now and looking to move out. I was pulled in to support another group at PwC on an engagement, made a decent impression, and brought it up in conversation and asked for feedback. I was told to have the discussion in spring after reviews and they could probably find a place for me. On the surface I followed that guidance and it seems like it should work.
Parlay IT audit experience (hopefully you know more than just asking questions off a sheet) into a role on a Cybersecurity project. Then use performance there to have leaders initiate a move for you.
We hire a lot of IT Audit people into our EPM practice of you have Hyperion/BPC experience
