T&E is super generous, but best of all is you can bend whatever policies we have within reason
How is it generous?
Fresh out of MBA? Compensation is a complete black box here and I have no idea what others are making. I think we are all well compensated though
S& Director comp is around $400K at the higher end. But due to up or out tenure at Director is 3 to 5 years.
I assume that the Directors/Principals at Alix making 550k are much more tenured?
I believe it’s ~160-170k base 35% bonus but uncapped so first full year should be ~50%
^ i love the culture, but it’s true it depends strongly on who you work with. I have people who are strongly in my corner. If you work with certain MDs, I hear it can be rough. Even in EI, this can vary from practice to practice.
I hope our management see this thread 😂😂
Lol
Uncapped bonus is definately a plus, but would bonus trends continue to be 50+% even with the increased base salary?

MB might be but not BCG...90 mins and up in first/biz in US
Apparently Alix pays more now lol. Post mba for us should now be 165k + up to 35% bonus. Seems Alix is same base but higher bonus potential.
Our second year interns say it’s still $150k at S& based on their offers. Same as Accenture Strat
Psychologist? I recall an assessment, but I assumed an online test of some sort. Is this the case for expierenced hirer also?
So not psycho-analysis. Lol, Great!
Would a Deloitte S&O SC with 6+ years of experience and no MBA come over as a VP at Alix or a SVP? What base / total comp seems reasonable?
Would that still be $165k base for the Turnaround and Restructuring group?
