I am a graduating student who just got offered 65k for a solution analyst role at Deloitte USDC (Data Engineering Focus). From reading previous posts it seems to be a lot of negative thoughts surrounding the USDC, but straight out of college is this a good opportunity?
I'm looking to gain as much experience as possible out of college in an IT role and wondering what exit opportunities may be in place a year or two down the road if there is little/slow progression.

D1, we have pretty low attrition rates and I like almost everyone I've met and worked with. Its just anecdotal data so take from it what you will.
They use stronger cleaning chemicals and equipment that aren’t well suited for home use.
It's a behavioral based interview. It's an assessment of personality to maximize the kind of people we want working for us. It helps create high performing teams and avoid hiring people with good resumes, but bad personalities. I thought it was ridiculous too, but now I see how much of an advantage it gives us.
I've gone through this with other firms (received offers). I'm not convinced it proves much. Are there any peer reviewed studies having this up?

As other AP 🐠 have mentioned, its behavioral. It helps in building an overall portfolio of a candidate. If you join AP, you can go through your assessment with the psychologist. I was amazed how accurately I could align my traits with the results.
