I have cleared interview with Wipro and while uploading the documents i uploade document but they mentioned LOA & education certificate are incorrect so i re-uploaded them but again they mentioned LOA is incorrect.. so i connected with the person who sent me the link to upload the doc but no help from her.. i tried to open the link today (17th March) evening but the link was not opening... what will be the next step.. how can i upload it again.. Working as CAL Manager with Accenture S&C India. Offered ~GBP 76.5K (fixed plus flexi) at Manager Grade by Deloitte London.

Prior to Accenture, I have already served as S&O Manager with Deloitte India for ~1.5 yrs - so this would be my second stint with Deloitte as Manager "again".

2 questions:
1. Should I ask for Senior Mgr (AD) grade - to which they have already said NO
2. Is GBP 76.5K sitting at the lower end of M grade in Deloitte UK? What should be a good expectation for the role

Went from a big firm to work for a smaller firm. The people in the smaller firm are protective of their work and are good by their work too. I no longer feel chaos or stress. I am treated with respect and my schedule is more normal. I am even working more billable hours than before, but it feels like a seamless experience. I don’t work then past 5pm or anything out of the ordinary for this time of the year. I am so grateful!

Am I understanding utilization rate correctly? It’s chargeable time over total time? Charged 40 hours and had 10 hours non-charge so my utilization is 80%? If so, wouldn’t it benefit me to understate non-charge hours so my utilization is higher since they only really care about chargeable time anyways? Charge 40 hours still but only put 5 hours non-charge for utilization to be 89% instead of 80%? Or am I misunderstanding how utilization works?

How long does it take for PwC to send out rejection email? I interviewed with the team like a month ago, the recruiter called me the next day and told me that congrats, everyone likes me and told that they were working on my official offer. 3 weeks later, nothing. Compliance question here, I have always thought of the SALT deduction on the fed return as a perm item & have treated as such in such sch M-3. I see that some people put it as a temp on sch M-3. What is the justification for treating it as a temp on the M-3. You don’t set up a deferred on the def RF for the state tax deduct & it is also a rate impacting item (I know that some temps can be rate impacting). But this all leaves me to side with perm. Does anyone know the logic behind temp treatment?
