I am getting an offer from Nagarro as associate staff engineer.

My current CTC is 20,
Nagarro offering 27 max and 3lakh joining bonus.
Tech stack and yoe: AWS + NodeJS and 6.4 yoe

Intiatially they told they are considering me for staff engineer role but after interview they are offering associate staff engineer. Is it worth to join?

I'm two thirds through the PMA Core Certification, and the info is great but the tests are a joke. They need to contract with an educator that specializes in testing and assessment to come in and develop exams that actually measure if you know the material. The bad test design devalues the certification. Not to zero, but I definitely will not be proud to have earned it. It just means I had $1300 and sat through 15 hours of video lectures.

been in industry (small companies) for 5 years with an active CPA. Wanted to get in SEC reporting roles but almost every company requires 2-year public accounting exp. Now applying for public accounting firms entry level positions but almost all firms HR asked if I had ever worked in firms. Got rejection emails from firms all the time. Got laid off in tech corp dev making 250-300 all in. Have an offer to join a fairly new family office investment team in PE buyouts but will be a fairly significant cash pay cut vs what I was making in tech corp dev. I’ve always been interested in doing investing. All things being equal, is there better upside to take the fam office to do PE (at a pay cut for now), or go do another corp dev job? 6-7 YOE
