I have 9 years of total experience. But graduated in 08 so times weren't the greatest. 4 years in industry making trash then hopped over to consulting. I make more than that. My bachelors is in psychology. I don't have certs or a masters. DC based.
With bonus? Definitely underpaid... I'm looking at 120-137 depending on bonus this year... PMP, MA, almost 12 years total relevant experience, 3 in consulting. Currently Public Sector (i.e. federal).
Oh yeah and I'm in federal. So you're getting ripped.
Public sector and federal aren't the same at Deloitte P1. OP what is your level? Sounds like yo are underpaid if you areSC or above
I'm an senior consultant within federal
City ? How many years at D. Where were you before ?
Washington DC, 6 at Deloitte, 3 prior to Deloitte
I'm guessing federal practice?
Yes
What's your level P1?
@A1 Sr. Associate
About right
Thanks all! That is really helpful to better understand where I would fall if I leave and what I should negotiate for at Deloitte if I decide to stick around.
5 years, 103k, BS Econ, no certs, Texas - ERP implementation...so, yes
Underpaid, but d doesn't care about pmp, masters etc
