Amazon FLDP vs Gartner Consulting (post-MBA level). I am worried taking Amazon will close the door for consulting in the future. Amazon comp - 130k base + 80k sign-on bonus (~45k first year, ~35k second year) + 100k RSU (4 year vest). Gartner - 125k base + 15K EOY Bonus + 10k sign-on bonus. Do I pass on my hopes for consulting and chase the money?

I cleared 2 rounds in CTS. Recruiter mailed to fill CIS form and salary slips. Post sharing both,got HR call after 5 days. Discussed on compensation. We agreed. I asked base location. HR told Pune. I wanted Noida. HR told will get back to me post discussing with Business. I was open for WFH. I followed up on mails and calls no reply. I reached out to CTS talent acquisition team. Then the recruiter told she will let me know once opening is for Noida! What should I assume 🥺 Will they offer?

Guys BIG ALERT!! DON'T JOIN MAVERIC SYSTEMS. They are taking exp employee and burn them crazy for 16hours day and both weekends (spl Think Next batch) . They do humiliate employee to insane level and each one are crying a** out. They insult in daily call and corner each one personally. Some employees are threatened to each ask for 1 day sick leave. Hello! I have an MBA and am working on a DBA. Change Management (most likely as a consultant) is my goal, but not a lot of opportunity for this kind of work exists in my area. However, as it did for many others the pandemic changed a lot for me. I am now able to be remote, relocate or even just travel a lot. I have worked for the last 10 years, but most of my experience is in business management. I am needing advice on the best entry roles or development programs to break into the field!

After graduating with my bachelor's degree, I took a year off to improve my English, take the GMAT and TOEFL, and teach myself financial modeling. Along the way, I did some volunteer work.
However, since the beginning of my gap year, I have been enrolled in a university, so I am eligible for an internship. Now that I am applying for an internship, a year at university without grades on my resume looks very unattractive. How do I mention the last year on my resume and explain it in an interview?
