Personally, I am interested in Lev Finance/Financial Sponsors Group because of the opportunity to build skills and networks to transition to PE. SC to M, promotion in CBO.

I was promoted to SC in Aug 2020, and milestone year shows 2024 (4 years).

Is this normal I thought SC-M was 3 years and 2 for an early promo.
