Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

I've seen anything from $115k-$150k in the NJ/NY/PA area, in the healthcare space
I made 137k as an AD with 9 years experience. then a 5k bump a year later.
At AD I got $110k then SAD bumped me to $135k. I’m at a small indie and not a holco
My starting salary as an account director was $130k, then switched companies and bumped it to $150k. 9 years experience. When I was looking for jobs, I saw AD salaries up to $170k in the NYC area
