😭 uggggh a tale as old as time. I don’t have an answer but I do know that companies will be more receptive if you tie it back to profit 🤑. And profit comes from a lot of places (a sales team, correctly allocated marketing resources, even good engineering) but pleasing your users and catering accurately to their needs is one of those ways. UX is making sure your users are having their needs met, and going beyond expectations, so that way you meet their needs in the short term, and help set them up for loyalty in the long term. I’d start there 😢
