To those who have an HSA and who are able to cap the contributions each year, what account balance would you need in order to not cap the contributions, or to no longer contribute at all? This is a dumb problem - but need advice. I basically went from 78k/yr to 138k/yr in alittle over a year. Combined with my partner's income we've gone from contributing small abouts to a Roth IRA to not being eligible for contribute. Our combined income is 261k.

We're almost debt free except the house note (1257/month) , maxing out out 401k, but we planned on doing a Roth IRA and cant now.

So what are the next steps sense we complete blew over the Roth IRA step.

Do employers automatically put part of your bonus payout towards 401k based on your preset contribution %? Will they not do that if you’re already contributing close to the annual IRS limit?

Thinking about writing a book about PA; something like Liar’s Poker by Michael Lewis. I got sooooo many stories.

Is there a fine line between being professionally skeptical and being just plain too nit picky? I have managers who fly through things but don’t miss the big picture. They are joy to work with since they don’t hold up work and get everything done on time. Then there are those who spend way too much time on everything and it is a pain to document everything the way they desire. Not too mention they tend to be late on things and send super late emails

How do you all *actually* set boundaries at work, especially during busy season? There’s a lot of advice out there about making appointments for any personal plans (workouts, dinner, etc.) and treating them as you would work appointments, but then you get the pings “hey we just got comments from the partner on XYZ, can you address them asap?” And pushing back on that for other stuff that’s not an emergency would get frowned upon. I feel like I’m running myself ragged - senior if that’s helpful

Is this normal I thought SC-M was 3 years and 2 for an early promo.
