Any EY FAAS Boston people? What’s your position and salary?

So I say this with complete humility and an understanding that this is a fortunate-ish situation to be in. I’m in a position where I am tied to nothing, I have no children, spouse, or house. My job, which I’ve loved until some recent significant leadership changes, is sucking the life out of me and I think it may be time for a change. Because I am able to “pick up and go” I’m open to opportunities and locations. I’ve never worked with a recruiter but was hoping I could get some recommendations!

Hi my friend is moving from Microsoft India (10 yr exp) to Canada - he is a software engineer makes 40 l.p.a in India but got offer of 140K cad for intra company transfer. Isn’t that low or is it normal?

In my offer letter it stated a signing bonus to be paid on the first available payroll after my start date. Its been a month since my first paycheck and HR and the Payroll team are incredibly unresponsive to my inquiry on where this bonus is. What’s the next course of action? Legal? General accounting experience license versus license with authority to sign attest reports (California). Does this mean the attest license is only necessary if you want to stay in public accounting?
