I just received an offer from CTS -16.45LPA
16 - Fixed & 45k variable component with 1Lakh joining bonus. I'm having 5.8 YOE working as Senior ACon with current CTC - 11lpa
I have cleared 2nd round(managerial) with TCS direct project recruitment and waiting for salary negotiation. I'm confused whether to join TCS now itself (which might be too soon to settle down) or go for CTS for next 2 years. Please suggest me. My priorities are Steady growth, Work life balance, Job security.

Trying to get into a t25 program, studying currently for the GMAT. I see a ton of people posting how they started off in the 600s and got into 700s. The package could contain boiler plate template for unit test, docker image, CI/CD, database connectors etc and act as a starting point for doing that. Anyone know of an alternative to StackOverflow for asking tech questions? The community is super toxic and I'm looking for a place I can casually ask questions that might seem dumb without being hrangued for not providing an essay proof of the research I've already done. Or some sort of buddy system where I can ping a person of relevant experience those questions. It's better to poke someone's brain for a minute than to spin in circles reading docs/dead end articles sometimes.
