Salary is paid in bands. First year is between 125-145k as of a year ago. I think it caps out around 250k. Small guaranteed holiday bonus. $10k bonus for each additional (I think) 50 hours (maybe 100 hours) you bill over 1850. Culture is super warm and easygoing. RE and MA appear to be the most intense. I was there for a couple of months as a first year after a clerkship and started at 145k.
Each office has a very different culture. Firm is very transparent with pay and advancement opportunities. Associates paid in tiers, but not necessarily lock step. 1850 minimum but expectations vary by practice group.
Real Estate is supposedly a sweat shop.
Is this true?
