I have offers with Accenture (14L fixed and 4L variable) and CTS (15.5L fixed and 70k variable) both having more than 75% hike. Let's start an argument. Working 100% remote absolutely downgrades your interpersonal relationships with coworkers, execs, and clients while also keeping you within your own bubble of assigned areas and not allowing you to hear conversations about other areas to develop you further. We need to be back in the office 3-4 days a week for our own best interest. Yes we've proven we can do audits virtually, but our staff have suffered tremendously in their development these past 2 years.
