Can Apple support turn off “Find My Iphone” for you? I need to turn it off for a phone trade it, but I don’t have access to the Apple ID for that phone. Submitted a request for access but it won’t take effect until 1/17, while I have to ship the phone out by 1/8.
Any other suggestions are also welcome.
Strategy& folks, how do you truly feel regarding overall happiness with your job? I feel like often times we only see negative opinions on here (people come to vent about being overworked etc) so I’m curious if there are a bunch of happy S& employees out there just keeping more quiet

BCG, MD are generally partner equivalent
The comp is a bit different with Big4 firms and partner type firms.
In my firm, Our comp is generally 35% base 35% bonus and 30% Long term equity based comp
In my observation for a similar book of business the total comp if often comparable and is in the 10% of originated / managed revenue. Junior MDs are in the 500k and Senior MDs are in the 1M+
I love how BCG1 gets away with commenting on this thread to keep the suspense going without adding any new intel 🤣
I’ll bite. I’m at $380 base, bonus varying dependent on performance....from ~15-30%.
Jesus, what companies are you people at?
^ god damnnnn that # 😅
348. No bonus this year - I missed my sold revenue by 12.5% (but more than doubled it from last year)
I can’t tell if the incredulous reaction is due to the numbers being high or low...I would expect BCG to be higher than mine.
Salary is 290 as a fairly new Strategy MD. I’m pretty sure I’m on the low side. It looks like I’m middle of the pack for sales revenue this year
It seems like all the discussion here is for staff. I’m trying to figure out where I am and what I can expect in the next couple of years. Also what market is for other firms
I mean...I’m almost 20 years in and have had some tough times to get here. That number is achievable by most of us here. It just comes down to passion vs sacrifice .
Consultant is post-mba entry. From there typically 2 years to project leader, then typically another 2 to principal, then 3-4 to partner, 5-7ish to senior partner
Managers , please listen and learn from this thread....let us not waste time with "my two cents" kind of comments...
OP where you at?
Total comp in the 700K
Base $285k, three years in as director, been here 15 years (started as experienced hire SC at the age of 33). Raise was 2.9% (inflation). Bonus on top of base was 5% as I missed my sales goal by a small percent. Commercial technology.
A1, not sure what you are asking
Man i am so underpaid. 300 plus bonus. Last year was around 40k. 9m revenue. Should I jump? Problem is I love my team and feel like I am building something. Have a ton of flexibility and respect. Seems like a lot of work to move. But maybe it is worth it
Why are BCGers even commenting on a comp thread when they never ever share compensation data?
BCG1, can you list off the Principle 3 to Partner 10 salaries for us?
