Trying to fill 2-3 days somewhere on the west coast (will be coming from Seattle before coming back to the Midwest). Was thinking San Diego maybe - what is there to do in San Diego? Would it be fun solo? Any other places I should go instead? Basically have a full week off after 4th of July, thought I would just chill at home but now realizing I probably want to spend at least some of that time going somewhere.

Java Microservices Architect with 40 LPA Fixed (12 YOE) at Nagarro. Joined 8 months back. Got an offer from Publicis Sapient of 55LPA (50 Fixed, 5 Variable). I have asked for 60, but that’s out of their budget. I’m thinking of accepting the offer only if 55 is fixed without any variable. What do tou think guys? Is it worth a switch? Hi, do you know of any opening as a production manager making at least 120K?
