Having 7 YOE to only make 65k with an MBA is the most stressful thing for me, especially at a Big 4. I’ve been trying to get into tech and the recruiters would reach out then are nowhere to be found. I’ve been wanting some assistance but feel like I’m talking to the wrong people.

Hello, looking for some advice please!
I am looking to stir my career into a Project Management role. I have some work experience but don't have the title. Is working towards a PMP certificate worth investing time and money or should I just apply for a project management role ?
Thank you in advance!
Is an MBA recommended for someone looking to pivot into brand/innovation consultancies? Currently in brand strategy at a creative ad agency and would love to do more rigorous work that gets closer to the business.
If not, any tips on upskilling (books, courses, websites, etc.) to make myself a better applicant?

Looking for an associate/junior position in data/business analytics. I have 4.5 years of IT experience, and I'm currently doing my online MBA in Business Analytics.
Can any fishes suggest any companies that would be open to hiring for such roles? Issue being don't have solid work experience in that area. I'm okay with junior roles as long as can learn the trade.
I’ve been working as a paralegal in the capital markets group of a white shoe law firm in NYC. I took this job coming out of college with the intention of going to law school. But I find myself much more interested in the transactions I work on than the legal matters surrounding them. So instead, I want to pursue an MBA to pivot to banking. But I’m concerned that my current job puts me at a disadvantage for admissions. How can I position myself to get into T15 MBA if applying in 2-3 years?
ZS 🐠 - can you receive sponsorship for MBA prior to having tenure of 3 years? If not, what is the downside of applying after 1 or 2 years? I am coming in with 3+ YOE in consulting, so my application would be competitive for next fall (or ‘23)

Hi everyone! This is my first post and I need help! I have been searching for HR Mgr, HRBP roles, or Senior HR Generalist roles now since November of 2021. I have had 21 interviews for 11 roles, and have applied for 15 roles total. I'm open to working remotely, hybrid, or in-office. I've been in my current HR mgr role for 14 years for a company with 200 ees in 11 states. Why am I getting passed over or not considered? Getting frustrated. If you know of any roles in the Omaha area, LMK!

I was told today that I was added to the partner track and they expect in the next 2-3 years for me to make partner. 🤩 I’m just really proud of myself for working so hard and finally seeing the payoff. I know I still have a lot to do to make it reality but it’s nice to know it’s being recognized. If anyone has any tips for the next two years, I’m all ears!

Do any pharmacist have to be on-call? And if so, how are you compensated for that? My job requires me to be on call 1-2 weekends a month, but they only pay me if I go in since I’m hourly. However this has made it difficult to make plans, since I keep having to cancel or alter my plans…

What type of Pharmacy job do you think is a safe choice now, as you look toward the next 10 to 20 years. In other words, which job should we look into now that will still be in-demand in the future (for example: inpatient pharmacy didn’t need a residency, but now many employers are asking for one. But those who are already experienced in the field can get a job easily)
