Any red flags in a relationship?

Hi all.
Has anyone in IBM been on bench for more than 4 months here?
I have been on bench for almost 4 months now & have been getting automated mails asking me to get assigned to a project by searching one by myself, else necessary action might be taken.

And are there any chances of being straightaway fired based on these automated mails?

I would genuinely need an advise from someone who is aware of this kind of situation.

I met a girl 2months into my 6months exchange in NYC. i enjoyed her company and we had fun together. She is really busy (IBD) but we made time for each other, so it was late night and weekend hangout. when i was leaving to my home country in UK, we said we would try to make it work.

12 years and my partner won't do chores. Vent vent vent. I make 80% of our income and pay 80% of expenses. I'm also tidy but hate cleaning. Partner works 20-30 hours/ week no kids and is a slob. 3 months ago made chore list, got them to sign on the list the 50/50 split that it was fair. 3 months later I've been doing my chores they haven't done any. Brought it up today and was accused that the list was unfair they refuse and they dont have time because they must "work to subsidize your expenses"

F here. I’ve had trouble in relationships because idk how to fight healthily. I’ve been going to therapy for it but I’m struggling atm because my boyfriend who I love so much, I’ve brought to his breaking point with my anxiety fueled approach. I don’t blame him. Going through a breakup rn. Finding it very hard to focus on work/life, and finding myself leaning on friends too much. As the fog clears, i realize that I prioritized my ex far too much in my life (before friends, family, myself). He cheated w a rando (premeditated) & talked to his ex weekly while we were together. At my uncles wedding in Madrid I remember lying down on the grass in the courtyard after their first dance and crying, my Dad came and saw me, laid down in his suit beside me and asked what was wrong.
