You could ref a sport. I’m a soccer ref, it’s fun and good exercise. There is a shortage of soccer refs.
It depends on age and rec vs travel leagues. It is per game. The older ages pay more. For a rec league, you get $40 per game. Travel league, you get $60 for u-10 and it is higher for older kids. It also depends on the state. I know NJ pays more than PA. Search ref fees for your state.
i tutor! it pays 30-40 an hour in a high cost of living area, you can use fb, care.com etc. to find clients. it pays me a decent amount with little hours and i find it more rewarding than my actual job sometimes LOL

You can maybe give online freelancing a try on a side like Upwork if you're trying to find ways to get a little more money in your pockets, though your success may vary depending on your marketable skills. There's also all the usual gig apps like Uber and Doordash.
Oh I have a BA in design. I enjoyed some of the runs really, it was interesting, but Uber became worse as the months went on (spring summer has less delivery also)
