Hi folks, how is thoughtworks as an organisation?
Asking because I don't know much about it and have received recruiter's call today. Currently I am working in Deloitte. How is thoughtworks hikes, wlb, does it provide any benefits apart from fixed pay? My research gives me a mixed review: some say it's good, some say that thoughtworks is not stable enough like big 4 or other organisations. Pls help Thoughtworks Deloitte

I’d go for 2 years just to put the brand name on my resume
They do a variety of things in healthcare, but it's not traditional McKinsey. You get hired into a specific group (eg, rev cycle, procurement, payer, etc) and that is the only type of work you do. You might work on a larger project with multiple groups from Healthcare Analytics & Delivery, but your work will be limited to your group's functional focus area.
Good thoughts 🤯
Are they recruiting right now or is the recruitment wave over?
EY1 yes, very accurate and fair.
Interviewed with them earlier this year but did not get offer, they mentioned they’re starting a rotation program to let people have different exposure, and the partners who interviewed me kept saying what they do is also “strategy”. Although to me it did sound far from traditional MBB strategy work. Agree that it’s worth to put the brand on resume regardless. They also work from a different office location in Manhattan.
They seem to be recruiting pretty hard. Not sure what kind of work they exactly do, though...
Yeah, I’d be interested to know what they do as well
It sounds like it’s more focused operational consulting rather than broader strategy consulting typical to MBB. Is that a far assessment?
They have been doing rotations for a while not sure why they told you they are starting it as if it’s a future state not present state
