Any advice for interviews for the FASB post-graduate technical assistant program?

Hi All, I’m thinking about getting certified in change management but not sure if I should go the Prosci route or CCMP route. CCMP is a lot cheaper compared to Prosci but would it measure up just the same?

I guess it would be similar to the discussion of the SHRM-SCP vs SPHR.

Technically, I'm not a college student anymore because I just graduated in December. I am having trouble finding jobs within my field (Communications with little experience in marketing). I've gotten plenty of interviews, but none of them have made it past the first formal interview (phone screening then interview). Any advice?

Do most tech/SaaS companies make prospective employees sign NDAs? I'm interviewing for the first time in awhile and am entering into a final round with a company who wants me to sign an NDA prior to the interview. Recently received a PM offer with the option of Mountain View or NYC location. Would need to move to either city but have a preference for NYC. Are there any trade offs (network / career opportunities / projects etc) to starting in NYC over the Bay Area?

Was interviewing with a firm and soon after receiving an offer, learned of bad culture/toxic partners in the practice group from a couple of associates who recently lateraled from the firm. I turned the offer down. A partner that I clicked with while interviewing reached out asking me why I turned down the offer. Should I be honest and relay what I heard?

I’m a newer registered nurse (2 years) and want to get into remote work. So I had been working as medical interpreter up to the early part of this year. Today, during an interview, the Director with whom I was interviewing genuinely urged me to consider pursuing a career as a PA or even attempt to go to medical school. I had considered it in passing before but today was about the third or fourth time that someone had earnestly nudged me in that direction. Has anyone here made such a career pivot before? I love working in healthcare, there’s nothing like it.
