Any tips on how everyone is setting boundaries while WFH? Especially with coworkers in different time zones, I’m finding it difficult to turn my brain off when still getting emails late at night and knowing my computer is in reach.

Sr. Digital Media Specialist here. Been with my agency for exactly 2 years now. I recently received a major elevation in responsibility, but the company “cannot afford to promote me at this time.” Basically I’m expected to operate as a manager without the title or compensation.
