Interviewing with a small (50 people) boutique firm in a management position. They are in an industry I have 10 years of experience plus I have 5 years management consulting experience in B4 firm. Assuming the pay and potential bonus are reasonable what kind of challenges would I be in for? I already understand this would be a risk to join and help them grow but if I were successful I think it could be very rewarding.

I have an interview for an in house position (only attorney) at a small non-profit focused on conservation easements. I am a transactional associate at a mid sized law firm. The prospect of freedom from the billable hour and contributing to meaningful work are the draws. The cons are that while the salary at the non-profit would only be slightly less than what I am making now, pay increases and opportunities for advancement will be much less than where I am now. Hi! I’m on the corporate side and had a quick question. We work with a bunch of consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, Deloitte, and LEK) and I’m putting together a leadership offsite. I’m pretty sure I can get at least one of these for some sort of leadership / strategy session. Sounds stupid but what kinds of sessions should I be asking when my team asks for what they can offer (as a freebie lol)
