I have just started my journey in Salesforce and I have started working on Salesforce Vlocity. Order management to be specific. I wanted to know what are the opportunities and what kind of job market is there in Salesforce/Vlocity.

I have a coworker who keeps spouting comparative odds and situations in regards to the safety of the vaccine. Such as: you're twice as likely to get hit by lightening than have blod clots from JJ. It's very annoying and I find it to be really inapprorpriate, maybe because it's pushy or just I find these comparative things to be a bit irrelevant. How does one handle something like that? Can you shut the person down without starting a spat?

Received an offer for non- tech CCM role and wondering if I should accept. I feel like I was lowballed and downleved despite having 6 YOE (relevant but not in tech). Not sure it will be beneficial to leave my current role for this offer to get my foot in the door.

I recently had two interviews with a director and a manager for Sr. associate role (DS&AI) at PwC. And then, I was asked to interview with another director. All in all, the interviews went well. But I haven’t heard back anything yet! The directors told me that they are in dire need of people and are hiring like crazy! Hi all! I picked up a part time job as “computer support” a few months ago and have since found myself doing a lot more than anticipated. I handle installation and maintenance of Burglar systems, access control, video surveillance, network systems, POS workstations, VoIP, and payment terminals. I took the job with no “formal” education in tech. My “trainer” at the company was a joke, I basically taught myself everything. What do you think would be a reasonable hourly pay for such a person?
