Anybody utilized Udemy course by Ranga Karanam for GCP Professional Cloud Architect certification? Is it good to study and pass the certification exam?

I am a recent grad(Finance), and my MBA school is not a named institute like Stanford. I would want to work for a consulting co. who is heavily involved in Finance. Can you help me create a roadmap from where should I start? What are top finance business consulting companies and how to get there? My undergrad was in science.

I’m blessed to be with my current company where I am one of the younger managers and they gave me an originally offer of 75k with a 10 % performance bonus. I have been in the healthcare industry for the past five years and currently I have 6months in patient access. The company gives automatic 2% raise granted as long we adequately meet our job requirements. Has anyone negotiated their raise? I finished my MHA in august after I joined and currently in my MBA. Have any respiratory therapists found jobs OTHER than being a clinical RT? I want to possibly change careers, but I am finding that a lot of jobs (clinical liason, utilization review, etc) want you to have a nursing degree, not a respiratory degree. I feel like as an RT we are limited to jobs.

I've been working as a building engineer for this company for 3 years. Within these 3 years I have gotten a HBA C education been paid for by the company.They've had me at a very low number for the whole time that I've been working for them, And without a certification in HVAC I completely understood. But now that I have my certifications I am asking for a pay increase of 25%. Do you guys think I am being fair? On top of my certifications I have been doing the work of 2 engineers for the last 2yr
