Hey fishes,
Let’s say Brillio gave some joining bonus and if we are leaving within an year we need to pay it back.
So does it mean I need to put papers after one year or is that okay to put papers after 9 months, so serving 3 months notice makes it one year.
Please let me know if anyone had an idea about this.

I know some people who went from client-serving to CBS. I think salary stayed the same. Hours are less intense but work is really mundane. There have also been quite a few layoffs. Whenever the firm downsizes, CBS always takes the first hit since it's not a revenue-generating function. Buyer beware.
@EY1 What's your rank?
Yes to accounting degree, and finance background
I transferred to client service from CBS years ago. I was an associate director in CBS (roughly equivalent to a senior manager). I was made a manager in client service. My salary remained the same. I have an LL.M. in tax.
Thank you for the response! May I ask what city you're in?
New York
I only know of transfers to CBS from client serving. Do you have an accounting degree? If so, I assume they'd start you as a staff, unless you have some specific circumstances
Manager
FMA? I still think it would be tough to start you at senior or higher without the hands on experience. Our staff start at 50-65 depending on city/COL. If you already make more than that, they'd probably let you keep what you make, just give you smaller increases until you're in the salary band for your class
Know anything about switching the other way? Client serving > CBS
