I gave an interview in Accenture and the manager wants me to move to Hyderabad,but I'm comfortable with the Kolkata location. I've cleared two rounds and now the Hyd manager is telling me that if I move to Hyd otherwise they will not proceed with my application any further. Can anyone suggest to me what can be done here?

I’ve worked in sales for 12 years (8 years retail sales and management, 4 years inside tech sales and management). I’m feeling the burn and looking for something else in the tech field. I’m making $140k. I have a college degree but no marketing, engineering, or product experience. What other departments/jobs could I jump to and still keep close to my OTE? I just left my pre-seed startup that was running out of cash (we made $100,000 in revenue this year, and sunk $1m in costs). I was making $40,000 as a developer (plus 20k stock options at $1/share per year) and they refused to pay me any more money. I have 17,000 vested stock options, total number of shares at the time of my contract was 4million.
