I left the agency several months ago and just recently have gotten a few emails asking me to fill out some info for an accounting company called Marcum. The email addresses are from Havas, but I’m wondering 1) if it’s real and 2) are there any legal ramifications if I don’t participate? I just don’t feel like giving that agency any more of my time if there’s no ramifications for noping out of this…

Reviewing a salary offer for a Benefits Manager position in Greensboro, NC industry is retail. Offer made of $95k with 18% bonus. I have 16 YOE, degree in Business, and PHR and Shrm certification. Potential employer has 10k plus employees. I will have two reports and will report directly to the Director of Total Rewards. Any thoughts or advise on offer made? Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? Also, will claimable components like LTA, mobile bill reimbursement etc. be in addition to this fixed component or will they be included in it?
