Hello Mastercard employees. I have been trying to break into MC for long now.
I have 2 yrs workex post MBA. I have experience in data analysis and consulting. But I don't want to get into consulting anymore. I am looking for analytics roles. Anyone here would be able to DM and guide me on the available options at Mastercard?

Hi everyone Google ,
I am facing interview trouble.
1. First round of interview has done
2. 2nd was scheduled on 1 july but interviewer did not join. After a few mails to hr and recruitment team one hr replied that they will reschedule it, and asked me for possible dates.
Since then i am waiting for the interview schedule as all of my given dates have been passed. I don't know how to deal with it as I don't want to miss the opportunity.

There are lot of mixed reviews about Nagarro.. some folks are saying Nagarro do not fire even in covid the only did the pay cuts and did not fire anyone... where as some folks are saying Nagarro is hiring rigorously more than their projects strength so firing will happen for sure and if you are on bench for more than 1 month you are in red zone as the same happened in past... what is the mystery.. can anyone from Nagarro an honest review about this organization.

Case interviews tend to be more informal with more emphasis on your thinking and problem solving skills than your structure, though being MECE, having sharp mental math and market sizing skills, and using a structure doesn't hurt. Be insightful and articulate: prove that you have the industry knowledge to show up and add depth, value, and expertise to the firm in your particular area.
Show that you have solid industry knowledge, talk about recent market developments
Just make sure you are prepared and equipped with the knowledge before you proceed with your interview. Just be confident. Good luck!
Be knowledgeable
It’s all about industry experience, nothing to do with cases. Make sure you know the tends of your industry and how that matters
This is not true. There is a case.
Thank you all for your thoughtful responses :) interview is next week 🤞🏼 additional advice and tips always welcome.
I’m from the knowledge team. Don’t join! KT gets treated as second class and KT leaders constantly try to compare your role with consulting roles. Pay is also pretty abysmal compared to Consulting and promotion is very tenure based not performance based.
Happy to help! It’s neither too bad nor too rosy. Best to understand very well what you’re getting into :)
