Eyeing an open spot as a Senior Manager GPS Contracts DOD Sub-Sector Lead. What would be the anticipated compensation (base + bonus%?) for this role? I imagine it’s an internal (non-client facing) role within the larger GPS division. Currently have 14+YOE of specialized DOD contracting experience to include supervisory experience. TIA

Presently working in EY as AM. Total YOE 6.2yrs. Got selected in Deloitte at Manager level. Please suggest the Compensation (range) that I may demand:
Present Package - 19.5L (fixed)
Variable - 10-15% (Would be pro rated to 8months)
Joining bonus - 1L
Not sure about variable payout but will have to let go off the joining bonus and hike for sure.

Can someone please point me in the direction of some NYC recruiting firms?

London comp: I’m looking to move from one of the few fund of funds outside of London and looking at associate roles in VC fund of funds + co-investment or PE secondaries/buyout. Recruiter has told me salaries are £100k/£130k respectively. What are peoples salaries + bonus for these or similar roles in London? Would also be interesting to know analysts comp.

Ours is every March but it is a variable number based on how we do the prior year (duh obviously) but also only my boss gets to decide and he gives no criteria on why he chooses what he does. Hey there! really need a change in pace from being in higher levels of care, and am wanting to go part-time with my company and private practice, but I want to buy a house in the next year and am worried about finances. Can anyone speak to the hardships or successes or a counseling of practice and/or buying a home shortly after starting one? How you guys are surving in EY. Its been 9 months no peace of mind. Counselors and SA are shouting at me, working with deadlines. I'm done with EY.

My Redfin agent recently quit with one day notice to start his own firm. He was the one behind my deal and did a lot of work and help with negotiation. However Redfin called me and said they put their top regional lead on transaction which is set to close in 10 days. I’m conflicted with what to do. As a buyer I know I can switch firms with seller’s consent and it won’t impact the deal, or will it? The agent said if I went with him he’s throw me an additional incentive to close with him.
