No it’s not bad life happens. All firms are extremely flexible.
Depends the reason. And if you leave it to imagination its likely at least one person involved won't imagine a good reason for you.
If you have to reschedule with little notice I recommend it be for a very good reason and you disclose that reason freely.
If someone did that to me without a reason I'd take it as you not being serious about the position and it would affect my view of you before the interview even began.
It's disrespectful of their time. Interviews are mutually scheduled and you should have picked a good time. Most interviewers don't have a lot of free time on their calendars. Sure things come up in life but it better be one of those uncontrollable bad life event kind of things if you're last minute rescheduling an interview.
Just give plenty of notice, make sure to notify all parities. They usually have several people who are involved and if someone isn't notified they end up sitting and waiting for someone that doesn't show up, which gives them time to stalk your LinkedIn.
^^^ Yes! Email recruiter right away and people who you know are interviewing you.
