I revoked my resignation and got the team internally changed, but still I am not liking the work. The other company work is better as per my analysis. I am planning to resign again as the other company is ready to match( better in a few aspects ). Will this be a good decision?

Is Operations paid the least at your respective firms? I was hired to a Client Service Delivery role with a heavy focus on project management. I regularly interface with leadership internally and at the client. But, I am aligned to the “Operations” capability and make the least of my teammates who perform seemingly identical work but are aligned to “Strategy and Consulting.” I worry I’m on a career path to being paid the least wherever I go, because Operations is in my title and background.

I’m a second year in general litigation. I’ve been drafting briefs, memos, letters, motions, etc. but I’m getting the documents back with a lot of redline. From what I see, majority of my research, thoughts, and substance is there but it doesn’t feel good seeing all those redlines. Is it normal to see all those redlines or am I doing something wrong?

About to finish my first year. I’m a specialist. Only going to hit 65% of my hours (took a 4 week vacation cause of wedding/hm).
