I do. Firm offered it because they knew I wouldn’t relocate. I don’t think firms are publicly marketing the positions but instead offering remote roles in negotiations/as bargaining chips.

V25 ECVC & M&A — office of about 80 attorneys
I’m full time remote for K&E
I will be next October! :)

Yep. Lots of firms doing this, especially the West Coast-based firms (Perkins, Fenwick, WSGR, etc.).

Are they openly doing this or more of a bargaining chip?
At Quinn, who just announced they were doing it long term. But lots of firms will do it to get you to join or to stay. I second others, West Coast firms are more up on technology and are more open to it.
I’m full-time remote at K&L Gates.

A10 - happy to chat just message me. It would definitely be office/group specific, but I know as a firm policy they’re very dedicated to this concept of flexibility. My group is almost completely remote.
My recruiter reached out to firms offering positions in my practice area asking if they were open to remote. I was a first year so it was very hit or miss even at firms that were willing to do it for more senior folks. I ended up getting exactly one remote offer after two months.
Yes I am
