Any ideas on planning a quarterly retreat for a startup? Specifically for strategy day and culture. Never planned a quarterly retreat before and is not to sure what it entails. I’ve been told agendas for retreats are very subjective to company but would like some general ideas if anyone has any!

I literally cannot stomach to be around my in laws any longer. My wife and I are in neither political camp and we pretty much have the perspective that no matter what the outcome is every 2 and 4 years isn’t going really affect our lives all that great. Why did Toronto (or Canada?) change the exit signs from the classic red EXIT sign to the green running man? Wouldn’t it confuse more people especially elders in finding the exit?
