Got an offer with about 4 YOE for an Associate role. Base $100k, sign-on bonus $10k, $20k bonus paid over the first year. Didn’t take it though because the base was low and didn’t want to depend on the bonuses.
You’d probably come in as an Analyst or Associate. Like A1 said, low base, but everyone I talked to said their bonus was huge. Total comp is directly tied to utilization, so I think analysts make between like 90 - 150, Associates make like 110 - 200. Those making the lower numbers are usually folks hired after the beginning of the fiscal year. I started fairly recently and haven’t seen it for myself, but literally everyone I know is happy with it.
Is this specifically related to the healthcare group? Because at the analyst level in the healthcare group, the higher end of your range seems mind boggling. I've only heard numbers like that in RX or PEPI.
