We had 300 years of slavery, 100 years of Jim Crow, and 50 years of mass incarceration. The original US Constitution said that black people were 3/5ths of human beings. I am looking at recent job postings for Google Product managers and not sure how I can better align myself. I have experience implementing and supporting SaaS ERP solutions (Yardi, Workday), business systems analysis and product road mapping. I’m an MIS grad and also hold my PMP, DASM and CSM. Current - EY staff 2 in tech, 75K in HCOL (not NY/SF). EY just promised PBB for staff, bigger raises, but that won't be until October.

Offer - Sr. role, 100K all in, would have to move to a MCOL, room for growth.

Wouldn't say this is my dream job, but aligns with what I'm good at, and I have been charging 50-60 every week at EY, so not eager to stay. Worth it to leave now or should I wait until after promo?

Invited to interview with the hiring manager for a finops Senior Program Manager L6 role at Amazon. However I was surprised when the recruiter noted it had a TOTAL comp range of 170-180. This seems very low for L6, am crazy thinking it would be 200 or more?
