So I’m currently interviewing for another position, to be a business development specialist at a relatively large tech company in PA. I have about a years worth of experience. Indeed estimates the salary to be between 60k-80k, I was wondering what I should expect?

What are some questions you always ask during your interview? I feel like I need to be asking more.

At some Big 4 companies there is a Partner / Principal group that has equity and are part owners of the business and an equivalent Managing Director group that does not have equity and are essentially employees.

How does it work at McKinsey / Bain ? Do those same distinctions exist across partner types, owner vs non owner?

I have been asked to train a new employee, who is also a senior associate, and it’s been three months but just doesn’t seem to understand our work. We do A123 control testing and have assigned him this one area to test and basically own.
