My last interview was on Monday and I got feedback that I did not get selected because it did not seem like I was a a team player. What does a 30% travel requirement mean in a job description? How often do they expect the candidate to travel ?

Do you all feel that the Health Insurance choice is actually all the same? The coverage is absolutely copy and paste for Bronze to Platinum and the deductible/copay is very similar.
I just don’t understand why we have the illusion of “choice” if the offer is the same and it is really bad (in our case).
Going from $61 per paycheck for 2.5k deductible 75% copay to $500+ per paycheck with 500 deductible 85% copay.
Other firms have better health insurance?

Current TC: 88k (83k base, 5k performance bonus), 3 YoE. Healthcare specific domain consultant. Looking to get into strategy work. Offer at strategy firm is 95k base pre-negotiation . If you have been a part of a reorg, however, how do you personally approach it?
