Anyone here feels Group A/B Govt jobs having starting salary minimum around 50k, can also be a good career?

There might not be money as much that is in corporate, It is clearly visible. But what do you think when you look at overall job profile and other perks associated with it?

I have been interviewing for a new job but I keep hearing about layoffs and a recession coming. Is now a bad time to switch jobs?

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

For career growth, what shall be my ideal path ahead?
