Hello Mastercard employees. I have been trying to break into MC for long now.
I have 2 yrs workex post MBA. I have experience in data analysis and consulting. But I don't want to get into consulting anymore. I am looking for analytics roles. Anyone here would be able to DM and guide me on the available options at Mastercard?

Personally know a few people. You get a meeting invite to connect with a partner. The meeting takes place in your home office within 24-72 hours of the invite. If you are staffed you are asked to immediately fly home. The meeting is with a partner and an HR rep. Do not know about GSAP
You sure can. Do some research or talk with council to determine the best option for you and try to negotiate for more severance. You need to be strategic on why you deserve more but if you lay out a strong case for them to settle your suit vs having a potential discrimination suit they will give you addition weeks for you to sign away your right to litigate(which you prob never would have won and the law suit would cost you a ton of $)
@DeloitteOP go find a d-list of your entire start class, put their emails into outlook and anyone that says Undeliverable/Inbox is full is laid off.
Correct about the email and the partner meeting with HR. Once that is finished you get set up with a transition specialist who helps with your job search(resume tips, interview prep). Remember to try and negotiate your severance with your HR contact after your initial conversation.
OP - you either have no friends or extremely lucky network
I don't know anyone that has been laid off and I also don't know anyone who knows someone in person who has, so I'm very wary of all this talk about Deloitte firing people. It almost looks like people here have been basing their "insight" on what they read on Fishbowl because I keep seeing similar comments. Also, let's make sure we are talking about consultants on the normal path and not the Deloitte contractors who are Deloitte employees, but if they get on the bench for longer than 4 weeks they are let go, etc. (I forget their group name)
@OP personally know 5 S&O BA/C's who have been laid off in the past week, and know of at least half a dozen more. It's real
It happened to me today and this article is spot on in terms of process https://www.thelayoff.com/deloitte-consulting
Are all these layoffs just for S&O.. Any known for tech?
You can negotiate it?
.
I don't think any GSAPers have been let go but they have laid ppl off who they didn't think would make it through the GSAP process

OP had a word with a ppd last week. Both confirmed layoffs. But performance based layoffs. Agree with you that trolls have a good gig going here
.
OP you are referring to are called associates(they have a number like 3-7 associated with their level). associates are contractors they just don't carry a bench. The information I gave was not for an associate. I know the process since it happened to me in March. I have had a few colleagues that have been in the same situation this month. All SC and above with no historical 4s in S&O on PPD path.
