I have accepted an offer from Deloitte UK and have been recently approached by Gartner Consulting for their Data and Analytics team. Confused if I should even given it a try.
The TC ( base + cash benefits ) at Gartner seems to be almost £16k more than Deloitte. Is it worth though given exit ops and quality of projects.

Both roles are for Senior consultant In the Data & Analytics team

I am a senior making 105 base with 6% bonus and about 15k RSUs but I see seniors in other analysis based orgs such as go to market, sales ops, corp dev making 150k base salary + benefits. Our 5 month old started daycare about 5 weeks ago. We’ve already had to keep her home for 2.5 of those 5 weeks due to catching various illnesses (croup, rsv, brinchiolitis, etc).
