Anyone here taken the looker certification? How challenging is it to pass?

Hi 🐠, question on CFA / CAIA- are either worth pursuing if you want to “up” your professional bonafides? I don’t come from a background in finance, but work primarily w/ PEGs like so many of us.

I have 13 years of experience as a Business Analyst at various capacities (Regulatory, Data Verticals) in Banking with Bachelors degree in Accounting & Semi Qualified management accountant

Currently pursuing PGP in Data Science and in verge of completion.

Alongside I have got certifications in Cloud & Visualization tools.

Now I want to move completely to the Analytics/ML side. Will the companies consider my BA experience in Data & Regulatory experiences?

I am currently work as an Analyst in capgemini testing domain from 1 year ,I have offer for analyst In axtria should i join ?? How is the wlb balance ,growth and hikes in axtria

Are MBB sponsored MBA students expected to return to their home firms for the summer between their two years? I know you're obligated to go back post-MBA, but what about the summer in between?

What kind of consulting did you all do and where if you exited to PE investing roles? Every single head hunter I’ve spoken to says these MM firms want banking experience

Anyone else work in the service industry growing up? Worked at a Little Caesars for 4 years (youngest asst. manager ever thank you very much) and I maintain that I have never faced that level of pressure or stress in my professional career. Hi, where or what types of companies should sophomores & juniors apply for next summer (2022) to recruit for IB the following summer (2023)? This summer BBs wrapped up SA IB recruitment, EBs even earlier, and a fair amount of my friends missed out big time.

Also, if a sophomore or junior doesn’t get a finance-related summer internship (I.e tech) and aims for an IB SA or FT position, is it harder to break in?

I switched 20 days back to Optum. I have 7 years of experience working as a full stack Engineer, who is passionate working on both front end and back end on latest technologies. But my project is working only on back end with 10 years old tech stack. There is no front end work at all. What should I do?

I graduated last year with a master’s in reading education. I was looking forward to getting hired as a reading specialist/literacy coach. However, I was just offered a job as a math coach. 🤦🏼‍♀️ I know a lot of reading strategies can be applied in math, but I’m feeling a bit indecisive about accepting the position. I just finished my PhD at a very good uni with 3 years technician experience before that. BSc and MSc also at very good unis with good grades.
